Shaw Industries in Dalton, Georgia is offering an Information Technology Internship/Co-op for Spring 2027. You will provide front-line support for hardware, software, and internal technology tools while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment.

This internship emphasizes tackling challenges, proactive learning, and strong communication, with opportunities across IT Fulfillment & Technology, Service Desk, development, analytics, and automation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• To be considered for a co-op position, you must be enrolled in your university’s co-op or careers services office
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
• Must have completed at least 3 or more semesters of college coursework

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse products and projects while you apply classroom learning to real world problems
• Experience real-world problem solving, troubleshooting, inquiry management, and designing solutions to technical challenges
• Execute strategic and value-added projects and initiatives from start to finish
• Develop an advanced network of contacts and mentors through employees and peer interns
