Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Deployment Technician to support enterprise-wide hardware deployment initiatives and end-user technology refresh programs in West Palm Beach, FL. You will image, configure, deploy, and support laptops and desktops, ensuring minimal user disruption and high service levels.

Ideal candidates have hands-on device deployment experience, workstation setups, and strong onsite desktop support skills.

Qualifications

Experience with imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops/desktops.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
Experience delivering onsite end-user support in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with asset management and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Execute large-scale hardware deployment projects including rollouts and refreshes.
Image, configure, stage, and deploy new devices per deployment standards.
Perform data migration and user profile transfers with minimal disruption.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, software, and peripherals.
Provide onsite desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues.
