Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a technically skilled IT asset and device deployment specialist in Florida. The role covers the full lifecycle of IT equipment—from intake to deployment—performing OS wipes, USB-based imaging, system builds, and staging to ensure devices are ready for handoff.

You will collaborate with a small technical support team to meet deployment timelines. Required are 2–5 years in technical or IT support, hands-on imaging/build experience, Windows OS knowledge, and familiarity

Qualifications

2–5 years in technical support, IT support, or device deployment.
Hands-on experience with imaging, builds, or pre-deployment setup.
Experience working with Windows OS.
Basic understanding of hardware and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a hands-on/warehouse/depot environment.
Familiarity with OS installs and USB-based imaging.
Experience with Ninja One.
Experience with MAC OS.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshservice or similar.

Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of IT equipment, from intake to deployment.
Prepare devices with OS wipes, imaging, and system builds; stage devices for deployment.
Configure software and stage systems for handoff to users; manage asset lifecycles (intake, builds, shipments).
Handle light ticketing in Freshservice and document work.
Collaborate with a small technical support team to meet deployment timelines.
