Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience deploying, installing, or supporting end-user technology.
• Experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and phone deployments.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including network ports and connectivity.
• Experience with asset management and inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift and move technology equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, inventory, and deploy IT equipment for facility openings and deployments.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and wireless devices.
• Set up and connect technology equipment in offices and clinical areas.
• Activate network ports and verify device connectivity.
• Document device locations and deployment status.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure devices are ready for go-live.
• Update asset management systems (ServiceNow, Cherwell) as needed.
