Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Department Administrator to support a technology and cybersecurity program serving more than 3,600 local entities. You will manage inventory records for deployed assets, process access requests, and support disaster recovery communications, while maintaining documentation and workflows.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams.
• Experience creating reporting, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency with the M365 Suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Interest in information technology and ability to represent a customer-facing brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication; well-organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for a technology and cybersecurity program serving 3,600+ entities.
• Maintain inventory records for deployed tech assets (laptops, satellite equipment, radio devices).
• Process access requests and radio system tokens; support disaster recovery communications.
• Prepare reports on team performance and program activity; develop leadership presentations.
• Update policies and procedures; manage printing and administrative workflows.
