Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in an administrative or coordination role in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
• Experience creating reports, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Interest in information technology and ability to navigate multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer-facing professionalism and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records for deployed technology assets (laptops, satellite equipment, radios).
• Process access requests and radio system tokens; support disaster recovery communications.
• Manage printing and administrative workflows; update policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on team performance and program activity for leadership meetings.
• Develop leadership-facing presentations; support a fast-paced technology environment.
