Job summary

Neighborhood House is seeking an IT Data Systems Manager to lead the org's IT function, align data platforms with mission-driven needs, and supervise the IT Field Support Specialist. You will ensure reliable operations, secure data handling, and efficient processes across departments.

Qualifications

• > Four (4) years in data systems design, administration, or related role.
• > Two (2) years supervisory experience.
• > Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• > Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and data/file management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the IT Field Support Specialist; manage performance and development.
• Oversee IT budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Lead IT projects from requirements through implementation and evaluation.
• Manage data systems administration, quality, integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure security and compliance; implement MFA and data protections.
• Maintain documentation of systems and workflows; provide staff training.
