Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the administration and continuous improvement of online data management platforms to ensure seamless organizational workflows.
• Partner with senior leadership to design evaluative frameworks that measure long-term program efficacy and client impact.
• Maintain data privacy, security, and confidentiality meeting legal and funder requirements.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable reports for fundraising and program growth.
• Lead data collection efforts toward data evaluation driven by program outcomes.
• Develop training to ensure staff proficient in agency data platforms and secure handling.
