Job summary

Neighborhood House seeks an IT Data Systems Manager to lead the organization’s IT and data platforms in a nonprofit setting. You will supervise the IT Field Support Specialist, drive data system improvements, and ensure secure, compliant operations while partnering with departments to align technology with mission-critical needs.

You will manage data workflows, report design, and system integrations, advancing data accessibility and staff training across the agency, reporting to the Finance

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally, centralizing IT planning, implementation and use.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and data/file management.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, including basic query and report design.
• Understanding of IT and data security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites and document libraries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Remote Desktop Support Specialist.
• Oversee annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Oversee centralized IT budgeting and inventory management.
• Lead IT projects from requirements gathering to post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement in new projects.
• Perform annual needs assessments with key stakeholders.
• Lead annual customer satisfaction surveys and oversee response plans.
• Manage data systems administration, quality, and reporting.
