Job summary

Center for Family Life in Sunset Park is seeking a Data and Impact Manager to oversee data systems, analyze program results, and prepare impact reports. You will supervise three Data Administrative Assistants and work onsite with an option for a weekly remote day.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or a BA with 5+ years in databases/reports), strong analytics, and excellent communication. It is a full-time exempt position in the Operations department with a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in databases and reporting.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to translate data into narratives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social justice and nonprofit work.

Responsibilities

• Manage data systems and oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead a team of 3 Data Administrative Assistants.
• Develop and maintain data security and retention policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports.
• Collaborate with program directors and leadership to design data collection frameworks.
• Support grant writing and program development with data insights.
