Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS) is seeking an IT Coordinator to lead our information technology infrastructure across Rockbridge and Bath counties and the cities of Lexington and Buena Vista. You will serve as the primary administrator for networks, systems, software, and programs, while supervising IT staff and vendors.

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in a computer science or related field.
• 5 years of professional information technology experience; healthcare or government experience is preferred.
• Supervisory and project management experience, preferred.
• A combination of relevant professional certifications and information technology experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers agency networks, systems, software, applications, and programs.
• Supervises IT staff, contracted IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Coordinates equipment procurement, inventory, maintenance, and replacements; maintains technology asset records.
• Responds to helpdesk requests involving equipment, software, networks, and systems.
