The Director will oversee infrastructure, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365, while enforcing security controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive IT experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, Network+).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, database systems, firewalls, and security appliances.
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or non-profit settings preferred.
• New York State driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises IT staff and provides guidance to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Oversees IT infrastructure including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, and cloud platforms.
• Implements and maintains network security, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems and procedures.
• Leads IT-related projects, including upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2, and other regulations.
