Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years IT experience with at least two in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and security appliances.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or non-profit settings preferred.
• New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises IT staff and resolves IT issues promptly.
• Oversees IT infrastructure including servers, networks, desktops, and cloud platforms.
• Implements security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Leads IT projects with minimal operational disruption.
• Ensures HIPAA, HITECH and related regulatory compliance.
• Maintains vendor relationships and IT budget oversight.
