Job summary

Pharmacy First Health is seeking an IT & Security Engineer Lead to manage IT operations and security compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment. The role requires hands-on management to ensure reliable technology operations across pharmacies and clinics.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT and Security, experience in healthcare settings, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities also include vendor coordination and supporting pharmacy and clinic launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT and/or security experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated or healthcare-adjacent environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy1st’s HIPAA-aligned security program, including policies and training.
• Coordinate security awareness initiatives for HQ, pharmacy, and clinic staff.
• Manage day-to-day account provisioning and access requests across all systems.
