Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is assisting a national retailer in Monrovia, CA, to hire an IT Contracts Administrator for a 6-month onsite assignment. The role focuses on administering, reviewing, redlining, tracking, and executing technology contracts and vendor agreements across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with IT procurement, SaaS agreements, CLM, and vendor management, thriving in a fast-paced environment with established processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, contract analysis, procurement, legal operations, or a related field
• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts required
• Experience supporting IT, SaaS, software, technology, vendor, or commercial agreements strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and contract lifecycle processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Experience with DocuSign, Ariba, Jira, SAP, contract lifecycle management systems, or similar platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or JD preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process a high volume of technology and vendor agreements
• Review and redline contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licensing agreements
• Support contracts related to SaaS platforms, software subscriptions, technology services, and IT vendors
• Coordinate contract execution and approval workflows with internal stakeholders
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, notice periods, expirations, and compliance obligations
• Maintain accurate contract repositories, records, documentation, and reporting
• Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendor stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
• Support vendor onboarding activities and required compliance documentation
• Assist with audits, reporting requests, and contract-related analysis
• Ensure contracts move efficiently from review through final execution
• Manage competing priorities and multiple agreements simultaneously
