Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Indirect procurement experience required (internal-use goods/services).
• Experience with contracts, PO, and SOWs; paralegal background not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage POs, order forms, and SOWs for IT vendor relationships.
• Support procurement of hardware through resellers.
• Coordinate on software and licensing needs for internal business use.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across vendor documentation.
• Manage a high volume of contract-related administrative work under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with internal procurement team and stakeholders across the business.
