Job summary

Source One Technical Solutions is seeking an IT Vendor Management professional to lead vendor contracting, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier governance. The role requires strong knowledge of contract terms, business requirements, and the ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Key duties include end-to-end contract management for IT engagements, negotiating terms, evaluating requests with stakeholders, and guiding RFI/RFP activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of vendor management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience planning RFI and RFP activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract processes for IT vendor engagements.
• Review and support negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate vendor requests and costs.
• Plan and manage RFI and RFP activities with IT and Procurement.
• Communicate with vendors throughout sourcing and contract execution.
• Support vendor selection and negotiation aligned with governance standards.
• Lead strategic supplier management and monitor risk.
