Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an IT Contracts Administrator for a hands-on, 6-month contract onsite in Monrovia. You will manage review, redlining, and execution of technology contracts and vendor agreements to support IT Finance & Procurement.

The role requires 3+ years in contract administration, experience with SaaS and CLM tools, and strong stakeholder management. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; DocuSign, Ariba, Jira, SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract administration, procurement, or legal operations.
• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts.
• Experience with IT, SaaS, software or vendor agreements preferred.
• Strong contract terminology and lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with DocuSign, Ariba, Jira, SAP or similar CLM tools.
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or JD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process a high volume of technology and vendor agreements.
• Review and redline contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licenses.
• Support SaaS platforms, software subscriptions, and IT vendor contracts.
• Coordinate execution workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Track milestones, renewal dates, notices, expirations, and compliance.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendors.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Support audits and contract-related analyses.
• Ensure smooth progression from review to final execution.
• Manage multiple agreements and competing priorities.
