Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced IT Contractor to provide on-demand technology services across client environments. The role covers system administration, network support, and security for various projects, with a focus on proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy new systems, and train client staff on new technologies, working on a contract basis with flexible scheduling and remote options.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on IT experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server and Windows desktops.
• Familiarity with networking and security devices (Cisco, Firewall brands).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments including administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and virtualization platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and performance issues across wired and wireless environments.
• Utilize RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate issues.
• Meet or exceed internal SLAs, maintaining 80% attainment or higher.
• Respond to and resolve incidents in accordance with SLA targets and standards.
• Accurately document work performed and record time entries daily in the PSA system.
• Identify opportunities to reduce repeat incidents through improved processes, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
