Job summary

Mann Consulting in San Francisco seeks a Consulting Coordinator to join our IT team. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and significant opportunity for development across consulting services, troubleshooting, application development and process automation.

The role is onsite at our SOMA office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, triaging inquiries, assigning work to the right specialists, and supporting onboarding and ongoing support with a strong customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications.
• Willingness to learn many new skills and accept feedback.
• Strong risk management and communication skills.
• Interest in automation and designing better processes.
• Passionate about providing a superb customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consulting services, including phone support, limited on-site client work, research, estimates and proposals.
• Receive, wipe, configure, and ship client devices. Maintain accurate client inventory.
• Input requests daily for completed and future client work.
• Support Mann’s network and cloud vendors as needed.
• Share & train on new technologies and best practices; collaborate with consultants.
• Participate in meetings with staff, clients, and prospects.
• Develop and significantly improve skills in major Mac and PC, Internet, networking, and general office applications.
• Limited travel outside the area may be required; occasional Bay Area travel may be reimbursed.
