Job summary

JKZ LLP is seeking a Technology Services Coordinator to be the on-site tech contact in San Francisco, coordinating with the MSP to maintain standards across offices in SF, San Diego and Santa Cruz. The role supports onboarding, device setup, software updates, and firmwide technology projects under executive direction.

The position requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with responsibility for ensuring secure IT operations and timely helpdesk responses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical IT certification preferred.
• Minimum two years IT support experience preferred.
• Law firm or professional services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printing, and connectivity.
• Support conference room and AV technology for meetings and client calls.
• Onboard, offboard users, configure accounts and software.
• Coordinate IT tickets with MSP and monitor network health.
• Maintain IT asset documentation and license tracking.
• Assist with security, MFA, encryption, and backups.
