Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Compliance Business Analyst in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid role with three days on-site and two days remote.

You will develop reporting mechanisms to measure IT Hygiene adoption, maturity, and value realization, partner with IT and business leaders, and drive governance across initiatives. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT compliance or analytics, strong Jira/ServiceNow experience, and proficiency in Power BI or Excel to support dashboards and performance

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related functions.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Dashboard/report development using Power BI/Excel/ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize reporting measuring IT Hygiene adoption and maturity.
• Act as Process SME for operating models and governance standards.
• Produce monthly compliance and performance reports for leadership.
