Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, campus recruiting, talent programs, internship/co-op administration, or HR.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the co-op lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding and ongoing check-ins.
  • Coordinate with IT hiring managers to identify opportunities and define project work.
  • Build relationships with university career services and faculty for onboarding and placement timelines.
  • Develop onboarding materials, templates, and resources to support students and managers.
  • Document and improve co-op program processes and metrics; prepare leadership reports.
