Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC in Bismarck, ND, invites you to join its eight-month Information Technology Co-op BMK-Factory program. You will act as the primary interface to end-user computing services and collaborate with End User Computing Analysts to resolve real-time IT issues.

This internship offers hands-on experience in desktop support, problem troubleshooting, and collaboration with network and application teams while maintaining high motivation and independence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Commitment to eight months in the Doosan Information and Communications America program.
• High motivation and independence, with strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with PC hardware and software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for end-user platforms, desktop images, security, and mobile computing standards.
• Escalate issues beyond first-tier support and coordinate with network or data center teams as needed.
• Document and track problems to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Reproduce user problems to identify causes and implement fixes.
• Suggest system modifications to reduce future user problems.
