Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and one year of related experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incidents for supported IT Clients and systems, researches remote resolution and onsite troubleshooting; escalates when needed.
• Responds to service requests for supported IT clients and systems; provides remote or onsite delivery of service; maintains ownership through resolution.
• Maintains accurate information in the ITSM tool and provides guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
