Job summary

DataGrail is seeking an IT & Business Systems Manager to own IT and Business Systems for our remote-first team. You’ll manage endpoints, identity, and the SaaS footprint with autonomy, partnering with Security on ISO compliance and driving automation to scale operations.

You’ll lead onboarding/offboarding, implement self-service tooling, and ensure strong controls while supporting a fast-growing privacy platform company.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience owning a remote IT environment at scale.
• Autonomy in setting direction and executing security-aligned IT initiatives.
• Experience administering MDM platforms on Apple hardware in enterprise settings.
• Strong identity management and ISO 27001–like controls knowledge.
• Ability to automate IT workflows and build self-service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own IT and business systems operations for a remote workforce including endpoint management and SaaS footprint.
• Deliver hands-on technical support and establish fast, first-call resolutions.
• Manage device/onboarding-offboarding lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Security to maintain ISO compliance and access controls.
• Build automation and self-service tooling to reduce ticket volume.
