Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a senior hands-on IT leader to modernize and scale our corporate technology function. You’ll own the corporate IT environment, strengthening operations while building systems, automation, governance, and service standards for a proactive, scalable IT team.

You’ll drive identity, access, endpoint management, onboarding, system health, and self-service—collaborating across Security, People, and Engineering to elevate security and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate IT/technology leadership.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Boulevard’s corporate IT environment across systems, apps, endpoints, and identity.
• Build a scalable IT operating model with governance and clear service standards.
• Lead modernization efforts including self-service, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Improve onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, access governance, and asset lifecycle.
• Establish documentation, metrics, and consistent employee experience for IT services.
• Collaborate with Security, People, Finance, Legal, Engineering on priorities.
• Shape the function’s future with vendor management and long-term roadmap.
