Job summary

The position requires gathering requirements, defining scope, and presenting recommendations. Travel may be required periodically, and a diploma with experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between IT development and business units for system development and enhancements.
• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into application requirements.
• Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays.
