Job summary

BinTech Group seeks a Business Analyst II to help partners implement technology solutions by defining and communicating requirements for products, projects, or programs. You will support the IT organization with understanding business processes, drivers, and strategies while assisting in testing and change management.

The role requires collaboration across business units, development teams, and QA, along with creating training materials and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field required.
• Six or more years’ related experience in IT/Business Analysis.
• Experience in requirements gathering for IT systems.
• Experience writing use cases, workflow diagrams, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading joint application development (JAD) sessions with end users.
• Experience with reporting; Power BI is desirable.
• Experience tracking risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Aligns technology solutions with business strategies comprised of moderate to complex business processes.
• Establishes strong relationships with business units to identify and document requirements.
• Participates in planning and prioritization meetings with business representatives.
• Develops a prioritized list of project work reflecting organizational priorities (software modifications, report requests, etc.).
• Acts as a facilitator across the application lifecycle to aid business unit objectives.
• Develops training materials; supports and trains staff and business partners.
• Supports tier 2 needs by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Creates or assists in writing process documentation and test plans.
• Supports Scrum Master and Development Team during implementation and testing.
