The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication skills and ability to train others are valued in this hybrid Nashville position.

Formación

• 3+ years of related experience required; degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze business needs and define scope and objectives.
• Act as liaison between business units and IT development teams.
• Document relationships between application components (users, processes, data, apps, devices).
• Translate requirements into application requirements and present system enhancements.
