Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT development and business units for new systems.
• Identify business needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives.
• Recommend solutions or improvements using new or existing technology.
• Document relationships between users, processes, data, apps, and devices.
• Translate requirements into application specifications and present enhancements.
