Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT development group and business units for new systems and enhancements.
• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives.
• Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes using new or existing technology.
• Research requirements and document relationships between users, processes, data, applications, and devices.
• Translate business requirements into application requirements.
• Prepare communications and present system enhancements and alternatives.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
