DTCC in the United States is seeking an IT Business Operations Associate within the EDCT Business Management Office. You will coordinate governance forums, maintain reports, and track priorities, actions, and risks across IT governance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and reliable stakeholder support. Success is measured by timely deliverables and improved visibility of operational data.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or with equivalent experience.
• 4 years supporting business operations, PMO, governance, reporting, or a comparable operational function.
• 1–2 years preparing or maintaining recurring reporting, governance materials, or comparable operational deliverable.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational activities for EDCT BMO priorities and recurring management routines.
• Track operational metrics, actions, dependencies, risks, and milestones; follow up with owners and elevate overdue items.
• Work across functions to gather input, clarify ownership, facilitate progress and help resolve routine issues.
• Maintain operating procedures, governance artifacts, trackers, source files, and decision documentation.
• Identify and support practical process improvements that strengthen efficiency, control, and transparency.
• Support workforce, financial, portfolio, or resource-planning activities as assigned, including data collection, validation, and facilitation.
• Support operational communications across relevant regional and global stakeholders.
