Qualifications

• 2+ years of related ITSM experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ITIL processes and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of data analytics, incident management, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of IT problems from identification to closure.
• Coordinate with IT teams to implement permanent solutions.
• Apply industry best practices and maintain timely problem records.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and improve service quality.
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for audits and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with Incident and Change Management teams for coordination.
• Share corrective actions and lessons learned with teams.
