A leading financial services provider in Tampa is seeking a Lead IT Business Management professional who will provide strategic support to the Enterprise Product and Platform Engineering organization. This role entails creating presentations for senior management, managing resources, and ensuring operational success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a strong background in IT management, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The Lead IT Business Management role provides strategic, analytical and operational support to the Enterprise Product and Platform Engineering (EPPE) Organization as part of the EPPE Business Office.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Support the EPPE Business Management Office, Chief of Staff (Cos)
• Create comprehensive communication and presentations for key business reviews with senior management and the board.
• Support department level reporting
• Key enabler of the EPPE organization by managing the balance between supporting short-term business needs in long-term company objectives
• Support technology performance, any new goals and operational processes driven by the leadership team.
• Support key EPPE metrics
• Support leadership team meetings, business unit reviews, investment planning, tech Strategy reviews and any other cost center management needs.
• Manage resource and location strategy for EPPE
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
