DTCC's Information Technology group seeks a Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst to enhance IT governance, metrics, and reporting. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, coordinate across teams, and help ensure accurate governance practices aligned with leadership priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of related IT governance/BI experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience with IT metrics, reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

GATHER and document business requirements, user stories, and test cases for IT Metrics Portal.
Prioritize and deliver portal improvements with business, data, and tech teams.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and deliverables.
Support IT Governance Metrics Refresh and KPI reporting.
Analyze metrics to identify trends and data quality concerns.
Lead metric review sessions and governance committees.
