Job summary

Citibank N.A. in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT Business Lead Analyst to drive development and implementation across complex, high-impact banking projects. You will formulate system scope, define objectives, and oversee enhancements to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Specialist, Senior Consultant, or Assistant System Engineer in banking.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in business analysis for banking projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs during development and implementation phases to define system scope and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end processes, aligning business and technology needs to improve products.
• Organize JAD sessions with stakeholders to develop architectural solutions and prioritize specs.
• Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical analysis to create BRD, FSD, STTM, and SRS.
• Organize and execute UAT with business users; lead and mentor business analysts.
