Citibank, N.A. in Tampa, FL seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst to guide development and implementation, define system scope, and communicate risks with mitigation plans.

The role calls for collaboration with clients and management teams to meet business objectives and to assess new IT developments against evolving requirements. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and several years of banking-focused business analysis experience, including end-to-end process improvement, BRD/FSD/SRS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis in banking.
• Experience in end-to-end processes, requirement gathering, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs during development and implementation phases, defining system scope and objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigation options with business implications of technology applications.
• Consult with business clients to determine functional specifications and align with multiple management teams.
• Evaluate IT developments and evolving business requirements to propose enhancements.
• Organize and lead JAD sessions with stakeholders to design architectural solutions.
• Lead and mentor teams of business analysts while managing day-to-day issues.
• Telecommuting/hybrid work may be permitted within a commutable distance.
