Job description

Job Title and Location

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analysis Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties

• Lead and execute Technology projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the Wealth Management Business and document Business Requirements in Confluence, performing impact assessments.
• Build Epics and Roadmap for feature delivery for wealth customers and financial advisors, simplifying current business processes.
• Automate manual processes.
• Drive the design solution by partnering with Engineering and Architecture teams to align design with the Enterprise Architecture Methodology.
• Document Epics in JIRA, break each Epic into User Stories, and lead grooming sessions for Business and Technical grooming of the User Stories.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of system scopes, objectives, and necessary enhancements for complex high‑impact projects.
• Resolve security vulnerabilities, avoid audit findings, identify and communicate risks such as schedule risk, budget risk, scope creep, and stakeholder issues, and propose risk mitigation options.
• Determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommend appropriate system alternatives and enhancements by analyzing processes, systems, and industry standards.
• Provide in-depth analyses to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Six years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Lead Analyst, Lead Consultant, or a related position leading enterprise‑level technology initiatives for a global financial services client.
• Experience with Agile Product management using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working within the banking domain, including financial products and industry regulations.
• Proficiency with data‑science and analytic tools: SQL, Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
• Project management of Agile scrum projects.
• Oversight of IT resources.
• Technical solution design and delivery.

Salary Range

Wage Range: $195,800 to $240,300
