Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior ERP IT professional to lead development and optimization of enterprise systems, focusing on Workday integrations, data conversions, and complex configurations. The role requires strong SQL skills and proven ERP project delivery in large-scale environments.

You will mentor analysts and engineers, partner with end-users and vendors, and drive system upgrades, implementations, and testing efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 5–10 years in design/analysis/development/maintenance on large ERP implementations.
• 2–3 years with Workday development technologies including WD Studio integrations, EIBs, connectors, and custom reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and leadership to develop, test, document high-quality code and solutions.
• Collaborate with user community, analysts, and vendors to develop functional IT requirements and design recommendations.
• Develop specifications, data mappings, and ensure proper documentation; coordinate across teams.
• Mentor team members, perform testing, and participate in system upgrades and new installations.
• Support production environments and troubleshoot issues; provide back-up for teammates.
