Job summary

CR&R Incorporated in Stanton, CA is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will gather requirements, support Salesforce for Customer Service, and translate needs into functional specs for custom applications.

You will create process flows and user stories, perform UAT, assist with data mapping and migrations, and collaborate with developers, managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Support the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentation
• Assist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specifications
• Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systems
• Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
