Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of systems and business requirements, diagramming process flows, storyboarding, mapping, and use-case development.
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients in cross-functional areas to identify business needs and define requirements.
• Recommends appropriate solutions for medium scope projects after evaluating alternatives.
• Translates solutions into comprehensive system designs.
• Analyzes medium-risk projects to ensure integration with existing systems and processes.
• Identifies resources for projects and prepares management recommendations.
• Develops and monitors project plans to ensure quality and cost-effective implementation.
• Enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies for timely system operation.
• Acts as liaison between IT and client organizations.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance.
