You will work with clients to identify needs, map processes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field.
• Four years of experience in business system analysis.
• Experience with enterprise HR, financial or CRM systems and related tools.
• Must be able to obtain PMP certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify business needs.
• Recommend solutions for medium scope projects.
• Translate solutions into system designs.
• Analyze impact of medium-risk projects on existing systems.
• Identify resources for projects and prepare management recommendations.
• Develop and monitor plans for medium-risk projects.
• Help enforce standards and methodologies for systems operations.
• Serve as liaison between IT and client organizations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
