Job summary

Dallas County is seeking an IT Business Analyst Senior to provide strategic business analysis and partner closely with business units. The role includes understanding business strategy, end-to-end process reviews, and risk identification across financial and technological domains.

You will lead a cross-functional team of analysts, developers and end-users, ensuring requirements are complete, traceable and feasible, while aligning with funding and system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Five (5) years of job related experience in business analysis or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with IT staff to design programs, processes, projects and software.
• Researches and prepares statistical reports for management decisions.
• Leads requirements analysis, validation and verification across multiple disciplines.
• Creates project analysis documentation and UAT plans.
• Conducts change impact analysis and process improvements.
