Dallas County is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to provide strategic analysis across business units, gaining deep understanding of business strategy, processes, services and roadmaps. You will review end-to-end processes to identify operational, financial and technological risks and drive improvements within complex environments.

The role leads a team of analysts and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure requirements align with funding and system capabilities, leveraging SDLC, waterfall

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of job-related experience in business analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with ITIL, and/or Project Management certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interfaces with IT staff to design programs, assist in requirements and testing.
• Lead requirements analysis and validation, ensuring traceability.
• Coordinate with project teams to align user needs with system capabilities.
• Conduct change impact analyses and document business rules and requirements.
• Produce project analyses including BRD, use cases, and UAT plans.
• Facilitate prioritization based on business value.
