Job summary

Fairfax County IT seeks a qualified analyst to support the development and administration of business and strategic training plans and to assist with managing support resources.

The role collaborates with IT management on workforce planning, process improvement, and HR data analysis, including reporting on labor information and budgets, and contributing to special projects and committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• Six months of experience analyzing business processes and/or developing/maintaining main business systems.
• Ability to complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development, testing and implementation of automated forms, tracking applications and systems.
• Analyzes processes and recommends improvements using PowerBI, Forms, Teams, Planner and SharePoint.
• Assists in developing guidelines and policies.
• Works with IT managers on workforce, resources, projections and program measurements.
• Supports HR manager with analysis of employee data such as labor information and budgets.
• Participates in special project task forces and committees.
