Fairfax County Government is seeking a capable IT analyst to support development and administration of business plans, training, and resources within the Department of Information Technology.
Key duties include automating forms, tracking apps, and leveraging PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and SharePoint to improve processes and reporting. The role involves HR data analysis and working on cross-functional projects with IT leadership.
This position works with IT management supporting the development and administration of business, strategic training plans, and related activities managing support resources.
Specific duties include:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a field related to the department where the information technology services are being used; plus six months of experience analyzing business processes and/or developing/maintaining the main business system, technical platform or a related system.
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check to the satisfaction of the employer.
Work is generally sedentary, performed in a normal office environment. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
