Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field.
• Six months of experience analyzing business processes.
• Experience developing or maintaining business systems is a plus.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development, testing, and implementation of automated forms, tracking apps and systems to meet agency needs.
• Collaborates on systems and web capabilities using PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Forms, Teams, Planner, and SharePoint; documents requirements and analyzes processes.
• Supports HR data analysis, workforce planning, and program measurement with IT management.
• Performs duties across special projects and committees as assigned.
