Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company is seeking a Business Analyst within our IT organization to bridge business needs and technology delivery across Sales, Service, Parts, Rental, Finance, and HR. You will gather requirements, design solutions, manage stakeholders, and support training, testing, and monitoring to ensure system value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, or STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, IT, business/systems analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with ERP systems analysis or development, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms; preferably Microsoft Customer Engagement and/or HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, or dealership model is preferred.
• Proven track record of executing process improvement and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and document user stories and functional design.
• Analyze business requirements to design and implement new solutions and system enhancements.
• Be the liaison between business domains and IT to ensure products deliver measurable value.
• Develop and maintain updated training materials and onboarding sessions with L&D involvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build self-service reports or dashboards with enterprise KPIs.
• Monitor usage metrics, drive adoption, and report on ROI of enhancements.
