Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a.Business Analyst within our IT organization to bridge business needs with technology delivery, drive improvements, and ensure systems evolve with organizational goals.

The role collaborates across development, data, security, and operations to deliver measurable value across departments. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, training development, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, or STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, IT, business/systems analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with delivering technology and analytics projects and/or products
• Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities
• Experience with ERP systems analysis or development, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms; preferably Microsoft Customer Engagement and/or HubSpot is a plus
• Experience in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, or dealership model is preferred.
• Proven track record of executing process improvement and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document user stories and functional design.
• Design and implement new solutions and system enhancements.
• Be the liaison between business domains and IT to drive measurable value.
• Develop and maintain training materials and promote data integrity.
• Collaborate to build self-service reports and monitor KPI-driven processes.
